  I agree that Aqua Babies (UK) td and Caramel Photography may use the photographs taken by Caramel photography for promotional purposes including advertising, flyers and information leaflets, displays and articles in the press as well as websites. The images will not be sold for any purpose. At no time in the future will I make any claim against the copyright holder / photographer or Aqua Babies (UK) Ltd.
